Built through layered, inward-moving brushwork, Look Up centers around a warm yellow field held within deep greens. The composition feels contained and steady, with curved gestures pressing inward rather than expanding outward.

Color was developed slowly and intuitively, allowing the surface to thicken and settle without interruption. Variations in pressure and opacity remain visible, reinforcing a sense of patience and presence rather than momentum.

This work is made on paper and embraces the natural qualities of the material. Subtle waviness, edge wear, or small surface irregularities may be present and are considered part of the piece’s character and process.
