Shipping

Every canvas is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

  • Protective wrapping: Each canvas is wrapped in acid-free Glassine paper, then cushioned with bubble wrap.

  • Reinforced packaging: Sturdy cardboard corner protectors are added, and canvases are shipped flat in strong cardboard boxes.

  • Extra protection for larger works: Medium-to-large canvases may be double-boxed, and oversized pieces may be crated for added security.

Orders within the U.S. ship via UPS Ground, while international orders are sent through DHL Express Worldwide (to countries where service is available). Please note: a valid street address is required — no P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

All artwork is final sale.

Because each piece is original and handled with care from studio to shipment, I do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at mollymathiasart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The artwork

  • The packaging

  • The shipping box

I will review the damage and, if confirmed, work with you to resolve the issue. This may include repair, replacement when possible, or a refund.

Please note:

  • Minor imperfections, texture variations, or paper irregularities are part of the work and not considered damage.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
