This one feels like something a little dramatic happening among the plants.

Deep greens move across the surface like thick leaves and tangled stems, with muted yellows and darker shadows weaving through the painting. The colors overlap, bump into each other, and occasionally push back, like everyone in the garden has an opinion.

The brushwork builds in loose, layered strokes that twist and fold into one another. Some areas get dense and moody while others open up and breathe for a moment.

It feels lively, slightly chaotic, and maybe just a little bit theatrical. The visual version of stepping outside and realizing the garden has its own little story going on.

Painted on paper, which means the surface may have slight waviness, soft edges, or small quirks from the material. Those are part of the piece and part of how it was made.
